Cancellations
We require a credit card to book your appointment online. We use Venmo/Cash app or accept Cash. Your credit card will only be charged online if you no-show. We also request a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. 'You cannot cancel your appointment by sending a text to our phone number for it is a land line and we don't except email cancellation." You must call 24 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged 100% of your service. Any missed appointments or last minute cancellations. A 100% of the service fee will be charged for the appointment.
